  1. Introduction

INOVA Consulting (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital accounting, tax, ERP, and consulting services to businesses, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises. These Terms govern your use of our services, website (inova.consulting), and any associated software or applications.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

  1. Services

We provide:

  • Digital bookkeeping and accounting
  • Tax optimization and compliance support
  • ERP implementation and integration
  • Web development and digital transformation consulting
  • Other professional consulting services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice.

  1. Eligibility

You must be:

  • A business entity, legal individual, or authorized representative of a company.
  • At least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Able to enter into binding contracts.

By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  1. Accounts & Security
  • You may be required to create an account to use certain services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • INOVA Consulting is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
  1. Payment & Pricing
  • All fees are charged as specified in the pricing plan chosen (monthly, as standard).
  • Payments are due 15 days from issuing the invoice.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are additional and borne by the client.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days’ notice.
  • First month free applies only to new clients unless otherwise stated.
  1. Refunds & Cancellation
  • Services may be canceled at any time by contacting us.
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for services already rendered.
  • Free trials will expire automatically unless the client chooses to continue with a paid subscription.
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate financial, legal, and business information.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Cooperate with INOVA Consulting for effective service delivery.
  • Maintain secure access to any software or ERP systems integrated by INOVA.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, software, reports, and deliverables created by INOVA remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients may use deliverables solely for internal business purposes.
  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or redistribution is prohibited.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • INOVA Consulting provides services as-is and does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
  1. Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.
  1. Termination
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Termination does not relieve clients from paying outstanding fees.
  • We may suspend services immediately in case of breach of these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of software.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • INOVA Consulting may update these Terms from time to time.
  • We will provide notice of changes via email or website notification.
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
